1.Full set of original clean on board ocean bills of lading made out to applicant, marked 'freight prepaid' and notifying applicant.

2.Insurance policy/certificate in 1 original for 110PCT of the invoice value showing claims payable in China in currency of the draft, blank endorsed, covering ICC(C).
保险单或保险凭证正本一份，投保金额为发票金额的110%，显示赔付地点在中国，赔付货币为汇票使用的货币，空白背书，投保英国伦敦保险业协会《协会货物条款》C。

3.Manually signed commercial invoice in 3 originals and 3 copies indicating this L/C No. and Contract No.
手签的商业发票3份正本3份副本，显示本信用证号和合同号码。

4.Weight memo/packing list in 3 originals issued by beneficiary indicating quantity, gross and net weights of each package and packing conditions.
